Wheaton College is challenging its students, teachers and even the community to eat locally produced foods.

The Eat Local Challenge returns for its fifth year on Tuesday, Sept. 29, as all three food service venues at Wheaton College participate in the event being led by Bon Appetit, the restaurant management company that provides food services to the campus. With the exception of salt, all ingredients served in Anderson Commons, Sam’s, and The Stupe will come from local food artisans and small farms within 150 miles of campus.
