Studio issues 30-day yoga challenge
Bikram Yoga, which opened last year in Burr Ridge, invites you to “change your body; change your life” with a 30-day challenge.
Thirty classes will be taught in 30 days from Feb. 1 to March 2 at 145 Tower Drive, Suite 2.
“We are doing the challenge to help people bring in the new year with health and wellness,” says the studio’s Midge Furlong.
The challenge involves attending one class per day for 30 consecutive days. “If you miss a day, do two classes the next day,” say organizers.
The cost is $60 for registration before Feb. 1, and costs $65 on Feb. 1, the final day to sign up.
The 90 minutes of yoga, in 105 degrees, are designed to use muscles, body and mind. For details, visit www.bikramyogaburrridge.com.
