Ziffer plays music by Pat Metheny, Chick Corea, Jean-Luc Ponty, Lyle Mays, Russ Freeman and other popular modern jazz performers. He also creates new interpretations of jazz standards, classical music and familiar pop tunes. He uses three guitars: electric, acoustic and nylon for a wide variety of sounds.

The Water Street Studios “Wonderland Showcase event” will take place from noon to 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5. The day will feature holiday workshops, music, cookies and the opportunity to have a professional holiday portrait taken by appointment; call (630) 761-9977 to reserve a time slot between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. (available on a first-come basis).
