Got milk? Tour to leave frothy mark on Bloomingdale

The famous Got Milk? tour will stop in Bloomingdale on Thursday, July 9, featuring free massages, health assessments, samples of milk, milkshakes and smoothies, and posing for Milk Mustache photos from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Meijer Store, 130 S. Gary Ave.
 

On-site activities:

•       Experience the “Wellness Oasis” and get tips on how to achieve wellness and balance in your life

•       Receive health screenings from a registered dietitian

•       Sample low-fat and fat-free milk from Bareman Dairy, Kemps, Kroger, Lactaid, Liberty Dairy, Prairie Farms and Swiss Valley

•       Try freshly made Soothie Smoothies

•       Relax with five-minute chair massages from a licensed massage therapist

•       Pose for souvenir Milk Mustache photos

Event attendees can enter the Healthy Meals Made Simple Sweepstakes for a chance to win a prize from Real Simple magazine, including a healthy meal from a personal chef and a year’s supply of milk.
